There was an orientation day where the program was described. They after this you had a one on one interview with a person in the area you are applying to.
Only interview with the recruiter. It was a remote interview. They tried to get to know you first before asking other questions. The process is easy but the recuriter get to decide who is hired instead of the audit department which is weird.

Interview
Pretty casual however I wish they wouldn't ghost you after. The interviewers were nice and actually felt like having a conversation with you. Overall, it was a positive experience in the end.
Overall the process is done well, just wish they had the decency to not ghost applicants when they don’t move forward with the process. It takes no time to send an automated email.
