I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (London, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
Started off with a call from the recruiter who then scheduled interviews with senior managers. Followed by a second interview with the project director. The people on the team were very nice and the interview process was friendly. I was told that I will be a good fit for the team and that they will get back to me very soon and won't keep me waiting. However, it took a turn for the worst when they kept delaying giving me feedback and kept me as a second option for 2 weeks, making up weak excuses. At the end, I no feedback received. Very poor recruitment process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about stakeholder engagement, what are the challenges CBRE faces now (you are expected to do research on this), behavioral questions about most difficult project and what did you learn from it and what will you change if you had to do it all over again.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CBRE (Denver, CO) in Nov 2024
Interview
it was decently long but relatively easy, they asked the usual questions and then they showed me around the building they also asked about my past experience in the field
Enjoyable interview, not too formal and straight to the point. Mostly talking about the experiences in previous & current company. Seems like an interesting place to work at. The interview goes two ways, I could ask back to the interviewer. Overall a pleasant experience in the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was your responsibility in the previous company?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CBRE (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2024
Interview
Simple interview questions. Asked more of roles related to the position. Had a few typical interview questions. More like a conversation. If STAR like examples for the interview questions. Nothing more to explain about the interview process.
