Interview
The process was pretty simple. 5 interviews. started with brokers then to HR then to MD. After we did phone interviews, I was asked to come to the office 4 times. There was a lot of back and forth and unfortunately, my position was contingent on someone else leaving.

Give me an example of something that went horribly wrong, and what you did to rectify it.
Two or three rounds. First was behavioral. Second was a modeling test. Third was presenting the text and pitching business. Met with the team and guy who ran the whole office. Overall was a great experience.

Explain how you would underwrite this and pitch this business.
The interview with CBRE consisted of only one round with the team I applied for. Asked questions on past job experience and why I want to work for CBRE. All behavioural questions.
Asked a lot of background information, and also asked question regarding views on property market and capital market etc
Some of them seems not quite related to the job
Maybe the interviewer is testing the candidate about the sense to the property market
