El proceso fue aproximadamente de 3 semanas, la primera fue la entrevista con HR, luego con el manager del área y finalmente con el cliente, siempre todo muy claro y ameno. Al ser un cliente de afuera las entrevistas fueron en ingles.

Il team si è dimostrato estremamente professionale in ogni fase del processo. L’ambiente lavorativo appare ben strutturato e collaborativo. La RAL iniziale è leggermente contenuta, ma è previsto un possibile adeguamento annuale.
Il processo di colloquio è stato strutturato ed efficiente: iniziale screening telefonico, seguito da un colloquio tecnico e uno finale con HR, tutti condotti in un clima professionale e cordiale.

Proceso dinamico y buen trato por parte del facility maneger y la supervisora. Si bien sigo formando parte del proceso de ingreso (más de un mes desde que comenzó) siempre hubo un contacto por parte de la empresa informandome los pasos a seguir.
