The overall process really easy. You basically get an interview with the supervisor of the department and then with the hiring manager. The questions asked are pretty straight forward about your past employment and what you know if any about the job. Then if they like you and need people you will be hired on the spot.

This was for a remote position. There was an initial phone screen, then it was a zoom interview. Then the wait time for a response was about a week. Overall it was an easy experience.
