I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CCMC in Sep 2016
Interview
There was a multi-step interview process. First, I talked to someone in the HR department. Then I spoke with the regional Lifestyle Director. After that I interviewed with the on-site Community Manager. I also had to interview with the Board of Directors of the development company.
The HR contact was extremely helpful throughout the interview process. I could tell she wanted me to succeed which boosted my confidence and really helped during the interviews.
I spoke over the phone with a hiring manager, submitted a portfolio, took a writing competency test, then about a week later, met onsite with a few people on zoom, took a behavioral exam, then 2 weeks later, had a final zoom meeting.
Had multiple interviews. First with HR recruiter on the phone, then met with a corporate person on Zoom then met the manager and assistant manager in person. Was annoyed I didn’t get the job.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience Why do you want to work here Pretty basic questions
It was good but lengthy. Lots of people to talk to and sometimes felt unnecessary. Otherwise, great company so far and love working for them. You have a lot of people there to help out when needed.
