The interview process was long but the HR team was great a guided me through the process every step of the way. I was always informed of what was going on, and clearly knew what would be happening next and it what time frame. The multi interview process is good because it makes sure you are the right candidate for the job on every level.

I spoke over the phone with a hiring manager, submitted a portfolio, took a writing competency test, then about a week later, met onsite with a few people on zoom, took a behavioral exam, then 2 weeks later, had a final zoom meeting.
Had multiple interviews. First with HR recruiter on the phone, then met with a corporate person on Zoom then met the manager and assistant manager in person. Was annoyed I didn’t get the job.
