Interview
The first interview was a Two person panel, first round. There was second interview which was a Group (8+) interview - the second round. Average half hour to hour in length, open discussion, comfortable atmosphere. Job offer came after the team panel meet and greet.
I spoke over the phone with a hiring manager, submitted a portfolio, took a writing competency test, then about a week later, met onsite with a few people on zoom, took a behavioral exam, then 2 weeks later, had a final zoom meeting.
Had multiple interviews. First with HR recruiter on the phone, then met with a corporate person on Zoom then met the manager and assistant manager in person. Was annoyed I didn’t get the job.

It was good but lengthy. Lots of people to talk to and sometimes felt unnecessary. Otherwise, great company so far and love working for them. You have a lot of people there to help out when needed.
