Interview
I was interviewed by a manager and a supervisor in a conference room. I was asked to fill out the application while waiting for them. They each had a copy of my resume and took turns asking questions. I answered different sounding questions the same way. This is a tactic that is good with adjusting claims, since you can be asked for the same information many different ways. I believe that since I was consistent in my answers, no matter how they asked the questions, it led to my being made an offer a few days later.
Interview went really well! It was a two-person panel interview, and I felt confident throughout the conversation. The supervisor was patient and made me feel comfortable, which helped create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. They also seemed genuinely impressed, which was very encouraging. Now it’s just a waiting game while I hear back from HR. Fingers crossed for good news!
