It was a very lengthy process which started with an Art test which was so badly written that you couldn't tell what exactly they were looking for. There was no phone screening in the beginning just an art test out of the blue without any consideration for your availability. For a level Art test they provided a library of few hundred assets and NONE of them were useable. Forcing you to make the assets as well as do what's required from the test. After which they took more than a month to reply and that happened only after multiple emails asking for response. There was no feedback given just an interview which was average. After that there were 2 more interviews scheduled separately because none of them have a proper schedule so the interviews were split into multiple according to the convenience of the interviewers. After all the slow replies and interview process lasting few months they rejected the application without giving any reason or an ounce of feedback.
