I applied -- and was emailed back to write a C++ assessment, -- No phone call. C++ assessment, was a small project to do... and I spent 3 days writing it. -- And I wrote test cases to ensure that all of my code was performing correctly. And I'm quite positive I did it all correctly. -- After submitting assessment, -- recruiting / project red cd never contacted me back -- nor replied to any of my messages about what was going on. AKA they completely wasted my time.

One of the best interview processes i've had in my life. Everything is straight-forward and comfortable.
First they gave me an interesting test task.
Then first interview with a team and HR.
Then final interview, then offer.
HR team works just perfect - friendly and helpful. Every step of the process was completely transparent.
