I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CD PROJEKT RED (Warsaw, Masovia) in Apr 2025
Interview
Three stage interview process. Initial test (two hours to complete a fairly simple test of prioritizing bugs/errors), followed by a meeting with some of the team, then a second meeting with the head of department, a software engineer, and a team leader. HR was in touch fairly regularly to check in and keep me updated, although the process took longer than I expected.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CD PROJEKT RED in Mar 2025
Interview
The initial communication was prompt, and the interviews themselves were enjoyable. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, respectful, and seemed genuinely engaged in the conversation. One thing I really appreciated was getting to talk to people who are clearly passionate about games.
Unfortunately, the length of the recruitment process was quite disappointing. The process took around two months from start to finish, which felt unnecessarily long for the position I applied for. There were long periods of silence between stages, with little to no updates unless I followed up myself.
