I had one phone interview, then got rejected. I got asked some generic questions about Java, and one algorithm to design and implement. The person on the phone was nice, but a bit detached. I guess phone interviews was not what he enjoyed the most. I didn't have time to ask questions about the company, or the opportunity was not given to me.
