I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CDAP (Palo Alto, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was referred by an interviewee. The first round is a phone screen with an engineer, coding on Collabedit. Then I received an onsite invitation next day and did onsite the following day since I'm local. Onsite is a round of technical interview of two coding questions and then a round of non-technical with CTO. The CTO extends offer at the beginning of the interview! The whole process happened within one week, the quickest I've ever seen! The overall experience was very good. Communication with interviewers are pretty smooth and delightful. Small and enthusiastic team like a family. Friendly atmosphere.
I applied through online. I got the email asking for dates. It was my 1st round. Interview was friendly. My first question was to find the maximum sum from root in a binary tree. Second question was find the next biggest number using the permutations of the given digits. After 2 days I had my second round of interview. Question was to implement a de-duplicating iterator.
