I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CDI Engineering Solutions, LLC (State College, PA) in Sep 2010

Interview

Lengthy and structured, using the "Top Grading" process. Buy the book and follow its guidelines if you really want to work there. The interview process will take at least a half day, maybe more. The Top Grading process described in the book is pretty much followed to a "t" and if you really go through the book and think through - and write out in advance - your answers, it will go much better for you.
