CDS (Club Demonstration Services) Customer Service Representative interview questions

It was a lengthy question process however the interviewer was very kind and understanding to minor nerves on the interview. Kind personality and informative. There were a few delays in the orientation process and grand opening day with lack of support with such huge crowds. Delays in pay and not enough opportunity to move up or know about supervisor positions when and if available. Interview was a busy group walk in type of scenario and there was signing in procedures and finally waiting and getting called to interview in an open setting. No privacy because 4 interviews were going on at same time in same room. Hard to focus with all the noise. A little unorganized with such a huge crowd but training was done on the spot once they agreed to hire you on the spot. Interviewer was very diligent and professional and put me at ease.
