The interview process was standard. Phone screen to start and then in-person interview. The questions were not too difficult as this was a basic interview. I had a good experience and have been will CDW for a few years.

Describe a time where you had to make a difficult decision?
I first spoke with a recruiter on a phone screening interview and then met with one of the managers via zoom. They started by describing their experience at CDW and then asked me questions on my background and technical skills. It lasted about an hour.
There is a two stage interview. Stage one is the hiring manager getting to know you and your overall experience. It was the opportunity for the hiring manager to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team and to go through your previous roles one at a time

They asked a number of questions about my background. We spoke a lot about the position, and what it entails, expectations and what the working environment would be like, etc.
