I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CDW (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
I completed 3 rounds of interviews with 3 people. I took a lot of time to prepare for these interviews and was lead to believe I would be chosen for the role. I was then ghosted and never heard back from the recruiter or anyone else ... even after I followed up. Very disappointing. I have never been ghosted and disrespected like this in an interview process and will never re apply to Cdw again. My feedback is have respect for your candidates as it takes time away from our lives to prepare for several rounds of interviews only to be ghosted.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CDW (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2014
Interview
Interview process began by speaking with a technical recruiter who made sure that I had the necessary qualifications to perform the duties of the job. That led to a phone 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. (he was located out of state) After speaking with him, I had one final (phone) interview, again with the hiring manager and one of his counterparts. From start to finish, the whole process lasted under 2 weeks.
