There was a video screening, then an interview with two individuals and then there was a final panel interview. Overall the process took a few weeks and was a pretty average interview process.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CDW (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very disappointed by the attentiveness of the recruiters. Every step of the process takes weeks due to limited and/or complete lack of responsiveness. Then once they decide to move forward the interview process is done through HireVue which is the WORST possible method for interviewing due to the complete and utter lack of personal interaction, not to mention that if you do it on an iPad, you have to look at yourself through the entire thing.

Question 1
It wasn't the questions that were hard, it was doing the interview through HireVue that was difficult. The App asks a question and you are given 30 seconds to compose an answer and 3 minutes to deliver it to the camera so that it can be recorded and then replayed for multiple decision makers.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CDW (Mettawa, IL) in May 2011
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via email, then a phone interview and an in person interview with the hiring managers. The process took about 3 weeks. There are internal approvals that can delay the final notification that you have been hired so don't get discouraged.
