The interview process started off well with the recruiter being very responsive and proactively offering updates. Unfortunately, her last update was "good luck with your interview today" and I had yet to receive an invite. Lacked planning and felt rushed. There was no follow up for 4-5 months and no clear path for next steps. The entire process made little sense and I started interviewing at other companies before hearing back from cdw.
