Process for this entry level role is Recruiter, 3 interviews with various managers (normally one at a time however I had 2 managers in on one interview as I was being fast tracked) and then final one with a senior level manager.

Question 1
Mostly about why I would chose CDW, how my current skills would be of value (I'm was a senior level sales person applying for a JR level role) and them going over the role and how it progresses to an Account Manager role. Wouldn't I be bored?

Interview
Interviewers were friendly and answered all my questions! They got back to me promptly and followed up with me throughout the process. Would highly recommend applying if you are interested!
Short and straightforward two interviews: one phone screen with the recruiter and the next one is with the sales manager of your territory. It was a quick turnaround for them to let me know where I stood in the process.
Full interview day (with 3 group based tasks) and a solo 30 min presentation at the end. Group tasks included an outbound cold call and some strategic work. There were 24 candidates in total
