I recently interviewed with CDW and was extremely disappointed with the hiring manager’s lack of interest and disorganization. Throughout the interview, it was evident that the manager was not engaged and seemed uninterested in what I had to say. Additionally, the interview process felt disorganized, with the manager appearing unprepared and scatterbrained. Overall, my experience with this hiring manager and supervisor was subpar and left me with a negative impression of CDW’s recruitment process.
