Applied online then immediately took a psych profile online. Emailed within 2 days to schedule a phone interview. Phone interviewer asked general sales oriented questions and gave more info about salary, hours and benefits. After phone interview was told my application is being passed up to a hiring manager. Position is for 30K no negotiation, but hours are 50/week with 80-85 cold calls per day in a cubicle farm. That come out to only around $11.50/hr. There is a chance for commission but it is on a varying rate that depends on quantity and mark-up.
