Great process. Cool people to meet with. Really engaging questions that ask about you as a person, while still balancing the amount of questions that are job specific. There were 2 interviews before an offer was extended

Granted a phone interview based on a referral. Asked several elimination questions. Do you have experience with this, that, etc.? Received a short, cordial rejection email about a week later. A very good, well respected company. Will apply again if an appropriate position is available. Good experience.
