CEI Help Desk Technician interview questions

Don’t waste your time with this company. They’ll call you repeatedly telling you you’re a good fit for their position, however if you call them back you’ll find that they haven’t even read your resume. Antiquated hiring practices - I’ve been in my field for 5+ years and I have certifications well beyond anything this job would require but as soon as I mentioned that I hadn’t completed my 4 year degree they ended the conversation. I’m certainly not going back to school just for your entry level position. The whole experience was laughable at best.
