Interview
Firstly, telephonic interview by the Operational Manager and then followed by 1-1 interview with operational Manager, General Manager & Regional Manager. They start with the general topic and they ask about the previous job experience and challenges you have faced there. If your interview goes well you will be selected for next and final round of interview. Finally a HR interview for salary negotiation.
