Applied through CF Industries career section, and I was contacted by a third party recruiting agency who does the hiring for them. Interview was scheduled with 4 people. They seemed to already know who they will hire, and asked me questions if i was referred by someone in the company, or if I know anyone working there, which was a red flag for me. They ended interview pretending that they are "busy" and that they need to go to the meeting, even though they had a scheduled 2-hours meeting with me, which was very unprofessional from them. However, I was overqualified for the position, but I was still interested in working for CF Industries since there was potential for growth. Overall in conclusion, it was a waste of time. However, I received an offer from another company, so I didn't really care that much. But, be prepared if you don't have "connection" in this company it will be hard to get a job there, since that is number 1 "skill" they are looking for. Oh well, I wish them a good luck with that kind of "talent".
