Interview process was two stage, not sure if it was because i was on out of area candidate or if they do that for all. Stage one was a phone interview with the hiring manager, stage two was an on-site interview with multiple people on the team and included lunch with the team. Everyone was very nice, but compared to other interview this was on the disorganized side. I did not receive a copy of the schedule for the on-site interview in advance so had no idea who I was meeting or when. They did not keep to the schedule and I spent a lot of time in a room by myself waiting.
