Interview
In a nutshell: a waste of time.
Had a standard first round interview, then an interview with the hiring manager.
Had a couple of other interviews scheduled on-site, but I got sick the day of so had to ask to reschedule.
Never heard back. Later got the "thanks for applying email".

Standard questions.
Curiously, leaning heavily on the "why do you want to work for US?" type of questions, which don't really make sense when you are an essentially unknown, unremarkable organization.
Phone screen with a recruiter, several video interviews with hiring manager and their supervisor, and full-scale onsite interviews with various affiliated business units. After all of these meetings, I received an automated decline without feedback.
