The company doesn't seem to know what they are doing as if it's the first new hire they have had. After a phone screen interview, I went in person to interview. After about 2 months, they called me back for another in person interview (mostly meeting with people I'd already met with before). Then after wasting my time again, they didn't bother to respond to me or let me know they hired the other guy (it was between two of us). They are completely unprofessional with the hiring process.

I have never seen a company that seems to have no clue as to the hiring process as this company. I had to take two vacation days to interview with the same people answering the same questions only for the company to never respond to me. I would never recommend anyone to interview with this incompetent company. After giving up two vacation days to interview with the same people answering the same questions, the poor excuse for an H.R. person would not respond to any inquiries. I would tell anyone to not waste their time on this company that clearly has no regard for any of their employees or potential candidates.
