Interview
Phone screening with HR and a project manager. In person interview with Director and Assistant Director of the Department. Nothing unexpected or out of the ordinary. Straight forward process. Offer tendered shortly after the process. Flexibility with the start date Director and Assistant Director were both informative and welcoming. Felt comfortable immediately. I appreciated the fact that there was a phone screening first - so as to make most efficient use of everyone's time.
It was just the very first interview with the company and we were communicated through phone. The interview was short as it was just to learn from each other and it was not a formal one.
