Interview
I did an on campus behavioral interview, along with an on site interview which included behavioral and slightly technical interviews. The on-site interview consisted of 3 interviews, along with lunch and a panel to ask newly hired consultants how they like their job and what they do day to day.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CGI (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Confusing interview process with a lot of bad communication. Ended up doing a non-technical interview, even though I was told it was supposed to be technical. They seemed to want to make a decision rather quickly, as they told me they wanted to make a decision by the end of that week. I never heard anything from them since, but I did pretty terribly in the interview
