Interview
Attended the job fair and was selected for "any" open position. Was interviewed for one position but I wasn't found fit for it. It was a generic interview, Manager explained project and set the expectations. I clearly told I don't have that skill set. HR kept following for anything fit for me and landed up with one.

Job fair : Casual, explain about yourself - no questions
Position 1: Generic - work experience related , no technical questions. Seems they got enough clue from work experience
Position 2: Asked work ex, and some situations in work . Basic technical questions were asked, They counted on whatever was mentioned in resume.
The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.
