The manager who interviewed me was an IT specialist and had no experience with human resources. He admitted to me during the interview that he didn't know the first thing about interviewing someone but that I seem like a nice person and I seem competent so he gave me the job

Interview
The interview process was great. My interviewer was very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked quite a few questions and I also met with the Director towards the end of the interview.
