I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CGI (Arlington, VA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process was extremely quick. A recruiter reached out to me after I posted my resume on Clearance Jobs. It consisted of a phone screening, which lasted less than 10 mins, and an in person interview that was about 30 mins.
The phone screening was done by my hiring manager, and he spent a majority of the phone call explaining the job position, and barely asked me any questions. He asked about my Excel proficiency and about my past experience.
The in- person interview was less than a week later and was with the same manager, as well as the rest of the team. They were warm and welcoming; no behavioral questions were at asked at all which surprised me; it was more of a conversation than an interview.
It was just the very first interview with the company and we were communicated through phone. The interview was short as it was just to learn from each other and it was not a formal one.

Interview
