I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CGI
Interview
I applied for the position via the website several months ago.
The recruiter contacted me and asked some basic questions about my technical skills.
I was then setup with three 30-minute phone interviews.
The entire process was very quick and interviews were more casual than formal.
I was contacted by my recruiter and offered the position a few days later and sent a link to open and either accept or decline the position.
I would have loved to accept the position, however, they offered me $8,000 less than what I asked for.

Interview
In the initial stage interviews are faster when it comes to last stage "UAN" verification its dead slow. After this HR is not responding properly. Initial stage its quite easier to get information.
CGI scheduled the interview for 30 minutes and there was only one interviewer. He initially asked basic questions about background and experience. He explained about the company and was open to questions
Was super laid back and casual, the interviewer was super nice! Still had typical interview questions (describe a time where..., etc) but overall pretty stress-free first-round interview.
Lasted about 40-45 minutes as the interviewer was very conversational as well. Only advice I can give is to be personable and have a conversation.
