The interview process was engaging and friendly. The recruiter that I worked with guided me through the process and made sure any questions or concerns I had were answered. During my interviews, management showed interest in getting to know me, rather than solely focusing on my qualifications.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Fairly laid back. Interviewer was very personable. Passed Behavioral. Mostly just them asking questions and waiting for you to respond. Take the time to express your thoughts and ideas. Overall, it was a positive experience and great chance to showcase background.
Three rounds of interviews. The final interview is with two individuals. Pretty conversational in nature and asked basic questions like tell me about a time you failed so on so forth.
I got a behavioral interview and it was very casual like a conversation but I began rambling. I got a rejection the next week. My friend got it though so I'm not mad.
