The interview consisted of answering 16 questions in writing. I had 90 minutes to submit and finished in 40. There wasn't an actual interview (via phone, Zoom or Teams, etc.) The offer came 2 hours later. The offer was generous, but I was bothered by the fact I couldn't speak with anyone, even after pushing the issue. I was only encouraged to email questions. The lack of communication made me doubt the validity of the offer.
