Next was an onsite interview which was very laid back; having mostly just gone over their organization, their processes, their plans for the future, work-life balance, and types of positions and organizations they recruit for, (both in Pittsburgh as well as outside locations such as Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati.)
