Applied online; received email to schedule phone interview; received invitation to on site interview in Richmond, VA; received a phone call with job offer approximately a month later with a week to give a decision

One phone interview and one in person interview, very technically based and focused on the position and it's tasks as opposed to my personality. The interview was short, about a half hour long and consisted of one employee in the room with me and another on the phone in another office. They are higher up in the group but oversee the hiring for my department.
