I had three interviews, one with the director, one with the team, and one presentation in front of everyone. The first interview primarily focused on why I wanted to work there and my experience and skill sets. The second interview was more behavioral and a vibe check. The last interview was when I presented my research. I was given a reasonable timeframe to prepare. There were follow-up questions after the presentation, but they were not too hard to answer.
