I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2020
Interview
Thorough and detailed, I had to meet with a hiring manager and then with the manager I would have worked with if I got the job. The process was very personable and warm, I felt like I was having just an everyday conversation rather than an interview, I enjoyed the process
I applied online. I interviewed at CIBC (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was interviewed with HR first by phone and one week later I was interviewed with the branch manager in the office. Overall good experience while I didn't get the offer.
