2 stage, first round is usually a pre screening call and second with HR. by the end of interview they will let you know if you are selected for that position.
they give opportunity to choose your own time for they interview. Video interview makes it easier to connect like in a face to face interview. Unlike the phone interview which makes me uncomfortable because I don't see who I am speaking with
