Worst ever!!! HR just interviewed me to do his job! He wasn't bothered to listen to what I was trying to say, Don't know what kind of frustration was he going through even though working from home, I have worked in multiple banks and this was the worst interview ever.

Normally two to three step interview process including HR phone interview behavioural and general work experience questions followed by hiring manager /panel interview about professional background and at the end sr leadership interview which is mainly high-level questions to ensure you are a good fit
