I applied online and got a phone interview which I was very easy and comfortable. Then I got a call for an in-person interview at the branch which went for over an hour for CSR position. Posting all the questions that I remembered. Hope it will help you guys out. Take your time and respond properly. Remember! Confidence is the key.

Tell me about yourself ? Why you choose CIBC ? Why not the other Big 4 banks? 3 strengths and weakness? 3,5,7 years goals? Why do you want to achieve those goals?
A time when you build a good rapport with the customer right away? How do you approach clients? Besides educating a cutomer what other steps can you take to make the sale ?
What is the role of CSR? Why CSR? How can you build Good Client relationship? Why should we hire you, not the other candidate? What challenges will you face if you work here?
Tell me about a time you resolved the conflict or a difficult situation? A time you couldn't close the deal/sale? How do you manage important work or multitask?
About sales experience? sales target? how did you achieve those targets (several reasons)? How would you build good rapport with clients (several reasons)

There was an initial screening interview with an HR rep, then a second interview with one two of the branch managers, and then a final call with a third branch manager
