I applied online. I got contacted by email about a few days after the deadline. No phone interview. I met one team lead and had about 30 min discussion. Then followed by a case study. I was told that someone would contact me by the end of the week but I haven't heard back from them yet.

Pretty basic; many questions were about if I am legally allowed to work in Canada and if I have any connections to the city. Mostly behavioral questions about why cibc and why commercial banking.
Online interview with three different people of varying rank and roles. They were more interested in me as a person versus my overall skills as there was case study to do for the next step of the process.

firstly, they prefer fresher from SFU and UBC. First would be to get invited to a mixer/Mingler where you will meet the rest of the team. if you’re able to create an impression you’ll be called for a second interview, which is a case study. It was a difficult case study, but all you need to do is show them how you handle pressure and tough situations.
