I was hired through a recruiting agency. The main interview I had was on the phone and most of the questions were situational after I was asked to introduce my background and experience. Got a offer after that. The whole process took 3 weeks

Basic behavoural questions as for any sales job. Nothing to do with any financial advice. I haven't received a signle technical question. Interviewer was a fresh grad who was reading from paper.

It was relatively straightforward and easy process. Banks will always ask you to sell a pen. You have to demonstrate that.
They will also ask you to provide past experience

It was 3 round with group of people. They ask many questions. Round 3 with hr . It was not hard. But I diront get offer and they said we found someone stronger. Thais Is entry level job . I don’t know how strong they needed!!
