Interview
Process began with a few very informal meetings, basically aimed to find a personality fit with the specific team I would be working with. These lead to a formal 2 hour interview with VP, which included a case study. I then had an interview with another VP. While the second was much less formal, it did include a case study as well.

Case study was unannounced, which made it rather difficult. Was quizzed on many financial terms, including WACC and LIBOR. Also my university transcripts were requested and scrutinized.

30- minute college interview with one of the bankers. If you pass that part, you are invited to "super day." Super day consists of interviews with four people within the industry and a case study exam.
