      Business Process Analyst Interview

      Oct 28, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2010

      Interview

There was only one interview. Because of the number of student, there was 2 days to interview. It was only 30 minutes. It was your basic behavioural questions. Ex:Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict or tell me about a time where the dynamics of a team hindered a project and how you dealt with it. There were some technical questions based on hypothesis testing. Maybe 3 weeks later a got an offer.
