I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Oshawa, ON) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied online process took over 2+ weeks. I had an unexpected phone call by a recruiter just reviewing my resume and asked me a few questions like: What do you do at your current job? What is good customer service to you (How do you define good customer service)? Have you applied anywhere else? Do you speak another language and which locations are most convenient to you and what is your availability? After that call, 3 days later I got a call for an interview they wanted to schedule it ASAP as in the next day. I had two people interview me and they were very nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. Make sure to dress professionally and SMILE a lot. They want to hire happy excited members!
